Life moves fast. Your nervous system holds onto stress, pressure, and constant stimulation. Yet, we rely on holidays and a once a year summer vacation to release the stress that has been built up. And after having that holiday or taking that vacation, we end up still feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, tired, or just… off.
Why is this?
It's because we don’t fully take time to be unhurried and to make ease and flow available to us ongoing.
This retreat is made for ease and flow. It allows space for you to recharge and re-design a calm pace for relaxation to feel easier.
Retreating—even for one day is powerful.
Taking a day to retreat allows us to:
Slow our pace and regulate our nervous system.
Step out of constant “doing” and into relaxation.

This retreat is intentionally designed with space limited to 45 participants. We encourage you to reserve your spot early.
Sound Healing + Self Guided Reiki
Relax with sound healing for your nervous system as a reset, inspired by the seasonal flow of summer and it's energy. Ground with acts of self guided Reiki with compassionate hand positions. You’ll be offered suggestions for your body, mind and spirit with an intention to settle into comfort.
Inner Wisdom Writing + Reflection
Relax as you create clarity for your desired direction for the summer or even the rest of the year. With gentle writing prompts, we’ll open a quiet doorway to what wants to be written, spoken, and seen. No journaling experience is needed; only curiosity.
Summer Focused Art Therapy
Relax into art and allow yourself to express what’s been lingering beneath the surface. Let go and create something beautiful in its place. No pressure, no perfection just a safe space to breathe, express, and reset. Feel brighter & inspired, by creating a piece of art that tells your story.
Trauma-Informed Relaxation Yoga
(For all levels, chairs can be provided)
Designed to support your nervous system in a gentle, choice-based environment where you are always in control of your body and your experience. Set in a calming circle around a sphere shaped, moving water fountain. This session will invites you to rest, receive, and reconnect & most importantly accept your own body—without pressure to perform or push it. The circular layout allows for a shared yet personal experience, where community is felt without the need for interaction.
This is a trauma-informed space, meaning:
You are always invited—not instructed—to move or rest
Options and variations are offered throughout
Hands-on assists are not used unless explicitly requested
Language is supportive, non-judgmental, and empowering
Create space as you soften, reset and reconnect to what feels supportive within the unique passion that Summer brings!

I’m Ava, founder of Violets in Bloom. I’m a Behavioral Wellness Coach helping people reconnect with their minds, bodies and spirits through modalities like sound healing, and mindfulness meditation. My work is deeply shaped by growing up feeling like an outsider, which led me to create spaces where people—especially women—can feel seen, supported, and safe to just be themselves.
I’m Moneek, a Therapeutic Art Life Coach and founder of ARTrageous Brush & Flow. I use art as a tool for healing, self-expression, and connection. I'm convinced that I was born with a paintbrush in my hand and that my first scribble was actually a paint splash. My mission is to create spaces where people can slow down, breathe, and create without pressure.
I'm Gabrielle, a published author, educator and spiritual director who works 1:1 with people, helping them find their inner wisdom through words. I utilize writing circles as a place to pause, reflect, and connect with your inner wisdom. I currently work as the director of virtual content and programs for ritualwell.org.
I'm Jennifer. I'm a trauma-informed yoga instructor devoted to creating spaces where people feel safe, supported, and gently guided back to themselves. My approach is rooted in choice, awareness, and deep respect for each person’s unique experience. My intention is simple yet powerful: to hold space where you can slow down, listen inward, and rediscover what feels true for you.
Summer Solstice Drum Circle
For more than 10 years Karen Smith of Karen Smith Drums has been taking her drums on the road with her movement, Have Drums Will Travel Immediately. She has provided rhythms for projects in the Delaware Valley Tri-state area. Karen captures "the rhythm of a place and the cadences of people.” The beat continues wherever the movement may take her!
As a licensed massage therapy practice and wellness professional, at Urban Relaxation, I bring a healing spirit to every session. I specialize in restorative touch designed to soothe the body and calm the mind, helping you achieve a state of total relaxation and physical renewal. Schedule your massage session as a bonus to the retreat!
I'm Nieema “Nina” founder of ExpresSpiritually, I guide individuals through transformation, emotional alchemy, and self-discovery using Tarot, spiritual insight, and trauma-informed practices. My work places a strong focus on somatic movement and nervous system awareness in a safe space. Schedule your reading with me as a bonus to the retreat!

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the retreat will receive a full refund (minus a $10 service fee).
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the retreat are non-refundable.
